💡 Tips & Variations
- Black salt is especially powerful for absorbing negative energy
- Never open the jar once sealed - it breaks the spell
- If jar becomes "full" (feels heavy), bury it and make a new one
- Valerian has a strong smell - use sparingly
- Can substitute valerian with catnip or passionflower
- Blue is the color of calm communication and throat chakra
- Amethyst and lepidolite are the best anti-anxiety stones
- Shake the jar gently when you need extra calm
- Some people write specific anxieties on the paper
- You can add your own hair or nail clippings for personal connection
- Rose petals can be added for self-compassion
- Mugwort can be added for psychic anxiety
- Keep near your bed for better sleep
- Can make smaller versions to carry in pocket
- Essential oils can be refreshed by adding drops to outside of jar
- Label the jar if desired: "Peace & Calm"
- This is preventative and supportive, not a replacement for therapy
- Works best when combined with meditation or breathwork
