- White or pink paper
- Red or pink pen or marker
- Rose essential oil (optional)
- Small pink or red candle

1. Write out your intention clearly: "I attract healthy, loving relationships"
2. Remove all vowels: "TTRCT HLTHY LVNG RLTNSHS"
3. Remove duplicate letters: "TRCHLVNGS"
4. Use these remaining letters to create a unique symbol, combining and overlapping the letters artistically until you create an abstract design that pleases you
5. Redraw your sigil on clean paper in red or pink ink
