- 7 chakra stones: * Red jasper (root) * Carnelian (sacral) * Citrine (solar plexus) * Rose quartz or green aventurine (heart) * Blue lace agate (throat) * Amethyst (third eye) * Clear quartz (crown) - 7 small candles in chakra colors OR 7 tea lights - Chakra balancing incense or sage - Yoga mat or comfortable surface to lie on - Light blanket - Relaxing music (optional - binaural beats or singing bowls) - Journal and pen - Water to drink after

📜 Instructions

PREPARATION: 1. Choose a quiet space where you won't be disturbed 2. Cleanse all crystals with sage smoke 3. Arrange the space with candles in a circle around your mat 4. Light incense 5. Set crystals in a line beside you, root to crown order 6. Ground and center yourself with deep breathing THE RITUAL: 1. Lie down comfortably on your back 2.
