🌿 Ingredients
- Epsom salt (2 cups)
- Sea salt (1 cup)
- Dried lavender (1/4 cup)
- Dried chamomile (1/4 cup)
- Dried eucalyptus or fresh eucalyptus bundle
- Fresh or dried rosemary (2 sprigs)
- Calendula flowers (handful)
- Rose petals (optional, for self-love and gentle healing)
- Clear quartz crystal
- Amethyst crystal
- White or blue candles (3-5)
- Lavender or eucalyptus essential oil (10 drops)
- Large muslin bag or old sock for herbs
- Soft towel and comfortable robe
📜 Instructions
1. Clean your bathroom and create a sacred space
2. Place all dried herbs in the muslin bag and tie closed
3. Begin filling tub with warm (not hot) water
4. Add both salts while the water runs
5. Place the herb bag under the running water
6. Add essential oils
7. Cleanse your crystals and place near the tub (not in water if they're water-soluble)
8. Light candles around the tub safely
9. Before entering, stand and visualize a white healing light above you
10. Step into the bath and slowly lower yourself in
