🌿 Ingredients

- Epsom salt (2 cups) - Sea salt (1 cup) - Dried lavender (1/4 cup) - Dried chamomile (1/4 cup) - Dried eucalyptus or fresh eucalyptus bundle - Fresh or dried rosemary (2 sprigs) - Calendula flowers (handful) - Rose petals (optional, for self-love and gentle healing) - Clear quartz crystal - Amethyst crystal - White or blue candles (3-5) - Lavender or eucalyptus essential oil (10 drops) - Large muslin bag or old sock for herbs - Soft towel and comfortable robe

📜 Instructions

1. Clean your bathroom and create a sacred space 2. Place all dried herbs in the muslin bag and tie closed 3. Begin filling tub with warm (not hot) water 4. Add both salts while the water runs 5. Place the herb bag under the running water 6. Add essential oils 7. Cleanse your crystals and place near the tub (not in water if they're water-soluble) 8. Light candles around the tub safely 9. Before entering, stand and visualize a white healing light above you 10. Step into the bath and slowly lower yourself in 11. Say: "Waters of healing, herbs of might, cleanse my body, restore my light" 12. Soak for at least 20-30 minutes 13. Close your eyes and visualize illness/pain leaving your body as dark smoke 14. See it being absorbed by the water and transformed 15. Squeeze the herb bag over your body 16. Rub your skin gently with the bag 17. Dunk your head if comfortable (avoid if herbs irritate scalp) 18. As you soak, meditate on health and vitality 19. When ready to exit, pull the plug while still in the tub 20. Visualize the water taking all illness with it down the drain 21. Say: "As this water drains away, so too my sickness cannot stay" 22. Rinse quickly with fresh water 23. Dry off and rest 24. Drink plenty of water afterward
