Pink or red candle
Cinnamon stick

1. Write the person's name on paper (or your intention if not targeting someone specific)
2. Add your own name below theirs
3. Draw a heart around both names
4. Fold the paper toward you (to draw energy in)
5. Place the paper in the honey jar
6. Add rose petals and cinnamon
7. Seal the jar and shake it gently while saying: "As this honey sweet and true, bring kindness between us two"
8. Light the candle on top of the jar (place candle in holder on top)
9. Let it burn for a few minutes each day until the candle is finished
10. Keep the jar in a safe place
