• 1 cup sea salt or Epsom salt
• Fresh herbs: lavender, rosemary, chamomile, hyssop
• Essential oils: lavender, eucalyptus, frankincense
• White or blue candles
• Optional: rose petals
• Optional: clear quartz or selenite crystal
• Clean white towel and fresh clothes
📜 Instructions
1. Set your intention for purification
2. Clean your bathroom and create a calm atmosphere
3. Light candles around the bath (white or blue)
4. Add purification ingredients to warm running water:
- 1 cup sea salt or Epsom salt
- Fresh herbs (lavender, rosemary, hyssop)
- Essential oils (lavender, eucalyptus, frankincense)
- Optional: Florida water or rose water
5. Before entering, stand at the edge and say:
"Waters of purification, cleanse me now
Wash away all negativity
Restore my spirit, body pure
As I will it, so mote it be"
6. Step into the bath and immerse yourself completely if possible
7. Visualize all negative energy, stress, and attachments flowing out of you into the water
8. See them dissolving and transforming
9. Soak for at least 20 minutes, meditating on renewal
10. When ready to emerge, say:
"I am cleansed, I am renewed
I am protected, blessed, and true"
11. Let the water drain, visualizing all negativity going with it
12. Dress in clean clothes and ground yourself
