Pentacle

Purpose

A disk inscribed with a pentagram, representing earth and grounding. Used to consecrate objects, ground energy, and serve as a focal point for manifestation work.

Description

Flat disk or plate made of wood, metal (copper, brass, silver), clay, or stone. Features a pentagram (five-pointed star) in a circle, often with additional symbols around the edge. Typically 4-8 inches in diameter.

Usage Notes

Place on altar as foundation for other tools or offerings. Use to consecrate objects by placing them on the pentacle. Draw protective pentacles in the air with your wand or athame. The pentacle grounds spiritual energy into physical form.
