Purpose

Used to mark ritual beginnings and endings, cleanse energy, call spirits or deities, and create sacred space through sound vibration.

Description

Metal bell of any size, from small altar bells to larger hand bells. May be brass, silver, bronze, or other resonant metals. Can be simple or ornately decorated with symbols.

Usage Notes

Ring to begin and end rituals, cleanse space of negative energy, call quarters or deities, mark transitions in ceremony, or break hexes. The clear sound disperses stagnant energy and attracts positive vibrations. Ring clockwise for invoking, counterclockwise for banishing.
